CHEMEXCIL was set up by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India in the year 1963 with the objective of promoting exports of Dyes & Dye Intermediates, Basic Inorganic & Organic Chemicals, including Agrochemicals. The group is joined by around 3100 exporting companies spread all over India. Exports under CHEMEXCIL have crossed US$ 32 billion during the FY 2022-23.
