As one of the founding members of Intech Organics, Ms. Teena Choudhary has spent over 15 years at the helm of its Human Resources function. With dual Master's degrees in Literature and Economics, she possesses a unique skill set that has been instrumental in fostering a culture of inclusivity, excellence, and continuous learning at the company. She has been leading Intech Organics’ HR department since its beginning and oversees the administration and talent acquisition domains. As the Director of HR, Teena is responsible for attracting and retaining top talent, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance. Her expertise and leadership have played a crucial role in creating a vibrant and dynamic organizational culture.

With over three decades of experience in executive leadership roles, Mr. Mohammad Sabri possesses a profound understanding of the corporate world. He has garnered unique insights into high-level business through experience in global contract sales negotiations and multiple start-up projects. His extensive knowledge not only enables him to comprehend the executive and management focus necessary to build exceptional organizations, but also provides him with an in-depth understanding of the process of achieving one’s goals.

Mr. Sushil Kumar Singh is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience. He holds a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering along with a management education from MDI Gurgaon. He has demonstrated expertise in managing the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to commissioning, for various industries, such as specialty chemicals, refineries, petrochemicals, chlor alkali, power plants, and agrochemicals. He has a successful track record of setting up plants in multiple locations and executing both greenfield and brownfield projects. Prior to Intech Organics, Sushil served as the Head of Engineering and Projects at Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd.

Sushil is proficient in multi-disciplinary tasks within the domains of civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, safety, environment, and process. He has demonstrated proficiency in various areas, such as HAZOP study, EPC contract finalization, project scope finalization, budgeting, planning, scheduling, refurbishment, quality monitoring, and project cost estimation. He is adept at preparing modification schemes, data sheets, and inviting quotations, as well as conducting techno-commercial feasibility studies. He also possesses expertise in scaling-up and designing process equipment and instrumentation schemes.

Mr. Shiv Ram Singh is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with more than 20 years of experience in secretarial, legal, FEMA, RBI, SEBI and stock exchange matters. He began his career at Jamna Auto Industries Limited and has since worked with various companies, including SKH Metals, GP Petroleums, NDTV, and Subros Ltd, in diverse business activities such as manufacturing of auto components, sponge iron and lubricants, trading, education, and media.

His areas of expertise include handling matters related to the Companies Act, FEMA & RBI Guidelines, securities laws, SEBI & listing regulations, joint ventures, takeovers, contract management and legal operations, and relationship management with stakeholders. His experience and knowledge enable him to provide valuable guidance and support in navigating complex legal and regulatory environments.
